just check out the way they cut those openings inside and the exterior wall..
and the layering of walls and floors.
From the photos, i would say great amount of lighting the house can get ...

2. House in Seya by Suppose Design Office
'the creation of a space where it is neither a garden nor a room'
there are some other works from them which i feel that is inspiring that they manage to create design from a small housing lot. Do check out their works ~ (fyi, they are the group who came last year for the lecture in ucsi which informed u guys to come ~ )
